Samsung intros 256GB SSD likely to hit MacBook Air

Samsung late on Sunday promised what it says is a breakthrough in solid-state drives with the launch of its first 256GB SSD. Besides twice the storage, it also reads twice as fast -- 200MB per second! -- and is actually less expensive to make than the earlier 128GB drive. The MacBook Air is about to get a major boost.
